The garden of this modern villa is located in an exclusive residential area within a distinctly Mediterranean landscape, characterized by the presence of valuable specimens of pine and other trees typical of the coastal environment.
The close presence of other adjacent properties clearly defines the space of the garden, which is closed on various sides and therefore takes on an intimate and domestic character.
The boundaries of the garden have been delimited by valuable wooden fences or stone retaining walls, which are necessary for the specific orography of the place.
The use of wood and stone for the surfaces that delimit the garden, valuable materials with a decidedly natural character, allows us to exploit an intrinsic limit of the place (i.e. the closure on all sides and the marked differences in level of the land) to give greater aesthetic value to the outdoors spaces.
In order to widen the visual perception of the not particularly large spaces, lawns have been introduced where possible, accompanied by borders of grasses and various shrubs with a very natural appearance. The garden is therefore in harmony with the house, whose modern style is always moderated by the use of traditional materials.
The resulting spaces are therefore characterized by great intimacy and a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The presence of different areas in which to sit and spend time outdoors allows people to enjoy the mild climate of the area and to experience the garden for almost the whole year.
